If you are looking to improve you game we can help.
By doing a skill test and setting a base score this information is then used to set goals We then design a program that will help each client get better and achieve their goals.
We make it fun, enjoyable but stretch each client outside their comfort zone.
1 on 1 personal training. Each session is specifically designed around the needs of the client. 60 minutes of hard work.


2 on 1 training. Each session takes into consideration the strengths and weaknesses of each client. The sessions are designed to improve both clients. 60 minutes of hard work.


Group of 4 to 7. Each session is designed to cater to each clients needs. Clients will work together in technical drills to help improve each other. 60 minutes of hard work.


Group of 8-14. A high intensity technical session to improve everyone's game. 60 minutes of hard work.


14 or more players. This session is designed around the needs of the team. It can be a technical or tactical session. 90 minutes of hard work.

Team
Sessions can be bought in singles, or a package of 8 or a package of 16 at discounted rates. Clients can work with a licensed coach or a college player.
